The Big Falls Preserve walk brought 19 hikers and one dog out last week. Michael and Julie Fralich led the walk and shared their knowledge of the beautiful and serene surroundings.
We hope you can join us on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 10 am for a walk at Poland Springs. We will meet at the Poland Spring Preservation Park parking lot, just across from the Poland Spring Bottling Museum.
The address is 37 Preservation Way, Poland Spring. From Route 26 turn at the sign to the Poland Spring Inn. Go up the hill towards the Inn and keep going past the chapel on your right and under the iron gate at the top of the hill. Proceed down the hill to the parking lot on the right. Proper footwear and walking sticks are always a good idea.
