Wanda Lynn Goforth, 59, of New Gloucester, ME passed away peacefully at her home on November 12th, 2023 surrounded by her husband and her children. Wanda was born in Hartland, ME and graduated from Yarmouth High School in 1982. Throughout her life she worked at Maine Cottage, Liberty Oil, and the Eagles Club. Wanda found joy in spending time with friends, visiting with her grandchildren, playing horseshoes and darts, and making trips down to Florida with her husband, John. Everyone who knew Wanda agreed that her smile lit up the room and her laugh was contagious.
Wanda is survived and greatly missed by her husband, John Klimko and step-daughter, Jessica Klimko; her two twin daughters, Taylor Garrity and Michelle Yorks; her mother, Janet Whittemore-Goforth; and her sister, Pam Napolitano and her three children.
A celebration of life for Wanda will be held at the New Gloucester Eagles Club on Saturday, December 9th from 1:00pm-4:00pm. In lieu of flowers we kindly ask that money would be donated in their stead to help John with incurred bills.
