Our grand fall hike to see the beautiful colors atop Bradbury Mountain was perfect. Eighteen of our hardy group joined the fun as we walked amongst the many school groups who were also enjoying the day. There were many lively conversations ongoing throughout the 1.8 mile trek and a good morning was had by all.
We are going to try a new trail this week – the Elmwood Trail. On Wednesday, October 16, we will meet at the trailhead parking area at 819 Elmwood Road, Pownal, at 10 a.m. Parking will be tight so if you can carpool with someone, it will save some room. For more information, click here.
