A good-sized group experienced a fairly dry walk on the South Loop Trail at the Pineland Public Reserved Land last week. It was good to be back in the woods, however, we were reminded to be on the lookout for ticks by one of our group who already had an encounter this season.

Please wear the proper footwear for damp leaves, and protection from ticks is always good.
