We enjoyed another good walking day weather-wise – it was actually very warm in the sun. Leaves are down and the pretty colors are gone, but we will keep going into the winter season. We stayed on the roads instead of walking the trails this week because of a VAST hunting event at Pineland.
We decided to go back to the Talking Brook Public Land for our next walk. If the trails are wet and covered with leaves, we will walk on Woodman Road. Walking safety is most important as the seasons change. We will meet on Wednesday, Nov. 13th, at 10 a.m. at the parking area at the end of Woodman Road in New Gloucester. FMI visit Talking Brook Public Land.
Stay active and safe,
Anne Maurice
