Are you someone who likes to get outside regularly? Ten folks hiked trails on a private property along the Royal River on January 9. It was a cloudy day, but the temperature was okay and there was lots of good conversation.
The next friendly, casual, low-impact walk/hike will be on Wednesday January 19 at 10 am, at Range Pond State Park in Poland. If the gate is closed, we will have to park outside and walk or snowshoe to the trails.
The trails will be snow covered and there will most likely still be ice in some spots. Please wear the proper footwear and use gear as warranted by the weather and current winter conditions.
