Tobey Road proved to be a lot of fun – 2.7 miles and a good hill gave us the cardio we like. Several of us had not been down that road before, so it was a bonus to explore that section of town.
We are headed back to the trails in the woods now that the snow and mud are in the rear view mirror for this year. On April 19, 10 am, we will hike the Pineland Public Reserved Land off Depot Road in Gray. You can find information and directions here. There is parking near the kiosk.
Come prepared for the terrain and possible ticks. I read that they are already active.
