Happy New Year!
I invite you all to ring in 2024 with our first hike of the year. I’m excited to be back for the winter and extend a big ‘Thank You’ to Beth for keeping the Trail Walkers’ communications going for the last couple of months. I really enjoyed seeing all the pictures posted on NGX.
I talked with a couple folks recently, and we decided to start off the year at Libby Hill Trails in Gray. Winter weather is always a little tricky, so there are several options for trails and it is convenient for most everyone if the roads are wet. You can find information here.
It’s probably a good time to dig out your ice grippers and walking sticks to be prepared for the weather and trail conditions.
