We had a large group for last week’s walk at the Poland Spring Preservation Park. The Griffin Trail had some ups and downs as we trekked to Lower Range Pond. There was not much color yet, but fall teased us with some early reds and golds.
We are anticipating good fall color at our next walk at Bradbury Mountain State Park. We will meet Wednesday, October 4th, 10 am, at the main park entrance trailhead, just off of Route 9 in Pownal. See details about Bradbury Mountain State Park here at Maine Trail Finder.
