The select board will be making appointments to town boards and committees at their upcoming meeting on Monday June 21. The terms of more than 20 seats are ending this month, and there are also existing vacancies.
In other words, there are lots of opportunities to serve your community, learn more about the town, and work with other civic-minded neighbors.
But you need to act quickly: the clerk’s office says the deadline to apply is the close of business Wednesday June 16 if you want to be considered in time for Monday’s appointments.
