This year, as we prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving, the Friends of the New Gloucester Public Library are especially thankful for all of you who have supported adequately funding and reopening the library.
Your commitment and encouragement have been amazing!
You have written letters, spoken at budget committee and select board meetings, “planted” OPEN THE LIBRARY signs in your lawns, joined us in “read-ins” at the library and, most importantly, you have voted twice to work toward fully funding the library.
On behalf of the Friends, thank you for all you have done…and please remember to vote on the revised library budget on December 15th or by absentee ballot.
