At their October 4 meeting, the Planning Board will consider a proposed subdivision on Jack Hall Road, and a porch addition and kitchen renovation for a home at 337 Intervale Road in the Historic Overlay District. The board will also continue its site review of Novel Energy Solutions’ proposed solar farm.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the Meetinghouse and will be broadcast on local cable and live-streamed on Town Hall Streams at this link.
Jack Hall Road minor subdivision. Karen Carlson has proposed two new two-acre lots, resulting in a three-lot subdivision, on Jack Hall Road near Witham Road. The parcel is located in the Rural Residential District, totals 19 acres and includes wetlands (Map 3 Lot 70-5B).
337 Intervale Road kitchen renovation and sun porch addition. Daniel Casals and Sarah Sturdivant of 337 Intervale Road want to add a sunporch and do kitchen renovations on their residence at 337 Intervale Road in the Village and Historic Overlay Districts (Map 7 Lot 42). Because the house is in the Historic Overlay, the Historical Society has reviewed the sun porch addition plans for suitability and compatibility with neighboring structures’ designs, materials and scale. The porch addition will not be visible from Intervale Road.
Novel Energy Solar Farm Lewiston Road. The board will continue its review of Novel Energy Solutions’ proposed 2,472-panel solar farm off Lewiston Road (Map 10 Lot 48-C). Since the September 20 public hearing and board meeting, Novel has made revisions to its plans and submitted supplemental information requested by the board.
