The Planning Board will have preliminary conversations about three projects involving subdivisions at their April 2 meeting. The sessions are an opportunity for applicants and board members to discuss requirements and identify potential issues before undertaking formal review.
The projects on the April 2 agenda are these:
— what would be a five-lot subdivision on Chance Drive (off Snow Hill Road). The 33-acre parcel owned by Adam Wilkinson is at Map 6 Lot 49 in the Rural Residential, RB-1 and Groundwater Protection Overlay zones. Find maps and details at pp.7-11 of the April 2 agenda packet;
— an amendment to the Cobble Hill Estates subdivision (off Chandler Mill Road) to split a lot into two. The split would involve 2.48 acres of the 4.76-acre parcel owned by Jane Yeaton at Map 6 Lot 8C in the Rural Residential and Groundwater Protection Overlay zones (pp.12-25); and
— an amendment to the Snow Hill Acres II subdivision on Waterman Drive (off Snow Hill Road) to divide Lot 19 into two lots. The parcel, owned by Joshua and Krista Brown, is at Map 6 Lot 31-19 in the Rural Residential and Groundwater Protection Overlay zones (pp.26-35).
