Planning Board Tuesday Oct. 19: new building at 137 Sabbathday Road

At their Tuesday Oct. 19 meeting, the Planning Board is scheduled to consider an application from Philip Delvecchio for a new 48’ x 102’ commercial building at 137 Sabbathday Road.

According to a memorandum to the board from Town Planner Natalie Thomsen, the new building would be rented by OTELCO and be served by a new well and new septic system.

The site, near the junction with Route 26, is located in the Residential C and Groundwater Protection Overlay zoning districts. Other buildings are currently located on the property, which is home to Icon Connections.

The October 19 meeting will begin at 7 pm in the Meetinghouse and will be live-streamed on Town Hall Streams at this link. To view the application, memorandum, maps, and other documents, click here.
