Topping the Planning Board’s April 5, 2022 agenda is a request from Jim Carty and Thelma Maguire for expedited review of a proposed new 48’ x 34’ barn to be located at 170 Cobbs Bridge Road (Map 11 Lot 2) in the Rural Residential and Historic Resource Overlay Districts.
The board is also slated to consider revised Findings of Fact for the Rock Ridge Quarry and Sabbathday Knoll Quarry projects.
