Planning Board agenda for Tuesday September 7

The Planning Board on September 7 will take up a request for reconsideration from abutters who oppose a commercial marijuana grow proposed for Penney Road by Scott Liberty/Country Manor Properties. The board recently approved the project following a protracted and contentious review and appeals process.

A request from the Morrison Center for site plan review of a proposed 10-bed residential cottage had been on the September 7 board agenda but has been postponed at Morrison Center’s request, according to town planner Natalie Thomsen. The residential cottage is one component of a larger residential-educational expansion by the Gloucester Hill Road facility.

The September 7 meeting begins at 7 pm and will be broadcast on local cable and streamed live on Town Hall Streams at this link. Links to the agenda and related documents can be found on the Planning Board webpage.
