Pineland Farms says this is the time of year when it’s usually busy with people visiting to see the animals, which includes story time for children with barn animals.

But Pineland Farms says it’s still holding those story times virtually on Mondays and Thursdays on its Facebook page.

Employees read stories, alongside chickens and cows, something usually done in person.

“It’s been really fun, we’ve learned a lot and it’s been a fun activity to kind of put it through a different lens,” Pineland Farms Education Department Director Kathryn Anderson said.

Pineland Farms will also offer virtual activities on Wednesdays and a virtual tour on Saturdays.
