The Town of New Gloucester is pleased to report that Paul First will be serving as interim town planner until mid-July 2021 unless we obtain a town planner before that time. Mr. First has previously served in the roles of town planner and town manager here in New Gloucester. He holds a Master’s degree in Community Land Planning from the State University of New York. We are excited that he will begin his assignment on May 3rd.
