Supper to benefit NG Fuel Assistance

The New Gloucester Republican Committee will host their annual spaghetti supper to benefit the local emergency heating assistance fund next month. Last year they raised an impressive $15,000 to bolster the fund.

The event will be held at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 4 at the First Congregational Church Vestry, 19 Gloucester Hill Road The cost will be $10 per person and patrons will have a choice of dine-in or takeout. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate New Gloucester residents who are homebound. Delivery can be ordered in advance by calling 632-9502.

Any businesses or individuals interested in making in-kind donations can contact the New Gloucester Republican Committee at newgloucestergop@gmail.com. To contribute directly, checks payable to First Congregational Church can be mailed to First Congregational Church, PO Box 114, New Gloucester, ME 04260. Write “Emergency Fuel Assistance Fund” on the check memo line.
