The library schedule contains a variety of events and activities for youth and adults. On October 1, Maine author David Florig will talk about his new novel, The Shattered Curling Stone. Pineland Farms provides regular opportunities for indoor and outdoor recreation to get you moving despite the darker evenings—Disc Golf Glow Nights, Pickleball, Adult Basketball and Full Moon Hike. For many, the highlight of the month is Corn Maze Nights (there are also many options for daytime corn maze visits).
The acclaimed Royal River Chorus comes to the Village Coffeehouse at the Congregational Church vestry Saturday, October 5, for a lively evening of a capella music.
