A Medicare-contracted health benefits plan with 80 workers in New Gloucester hopes to hire another 40 or 50 there, according to a news release Wednesday.

Devoted Health, which is based in Waltham, Mass., and claims to be one of the fastest-growing Medicare Advantage plans in the U.S., is looking to fill the Maine positions before year-end.

Openings include jobs as member service guides, the main point of support for health plan members, and clinical outreach specialists, who help members navigate the care system to find the right services.

The benefits provider will hold a hiring event next Saturday, July 24, from noon to 3 p.m. at the Devoted Health offices, 15 Farm View Drive on the Pineland Farms campus in New Gloucester. The event will include employee presentations, tours, food and drink, and family-friendly activities. Keep reading in Mainebiz
