Fire Rescue announces ‘Push-in’ ceremony for new ambulance Sunday Dec. 15

New Gloucester Fire Rescue has taken delivery of our new ambulance. The 2024 Ford F-550/Demers ambulance was delivered by Autotronics on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Members will complete an in-depth training on the new ambulance while staff under the guidance of Deputy Chief of EMS Rich stock and prepare the ambulance for use.

On Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 1:00pm New Gloucester Fire Rescue will be hosting a “push-in” ceremony at the Fire Station at 611 Lewiston Road. This short ceremony, open to the public, will give all the ability to see and ask questions about our Department’s newest apparatus.

New Gloucester Fire Rescue would like to thank the New Gloucester Community for their support in updating our fleet. This will ensure our members will be able to continue to provide emergency care, treatment, and transport with the best interest of our Community for years to come. We would also like to thank Autotronics for their excellent customer service and hard work.
