Planning Board Meeting

The New Gloucester Planning Board, a seven-member board of volunteer citizens, exercises powers of review prescribed under Maine law and regulations and New Gloucester land use ordinances. In addition to reviewing subdivision and site plan applications, the New Gloucester Planning Board reviews and recommends changes to land use ordinance and land use planning while implementing and promoting the Comprehensive Plan.
