Gratitude Walk with Royal River Conservation Trust
November 24, 2024 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Royal River Conservation Trust is offering a series of four family-friendly nature walks led by Maine Master Naturalist Marie Camillo Reimensyder of New Gloucester. These are no-cost, volunteer-led guided trips at various preserves.
This weekend’s nature walk focuses on gratitude. Join Marie Sunday, November 24 from 9 10 11 am.
Curriculum: Gratitude walk – We will look for signs of who lives here while we ponder our connection to, and gratitude for, nature.
Location: Talking Brook Public Land. Parking at 402 Woodman Rd, New Gloucester.
Be mindful of the weather, and dress accordingly. Bring appropriate gear, snacks, and a thermos or water bottle. Waterproof boots for hiking are recommended. All ages are welcome! Nature walks typically involve getting on our knees with a hand lens, or standing still for ten minutes craning up at a treetop. Because the purpose is to observe nature, we ask that dogs not join us. Please wear blaze orange as it is hunting season.
