Again this year, Halloween in the Lower Village was not only festive, but safe, thanks to road closures and the New Gloucester Fire Rescue personnel on hand.
Town Hall was a hub, with Parks & Rec Director Sarah Rodriguez, Library Director Emily Martin and members of Fire Rescue greeting costumed visitors and handing out treats. Families with kids of all ages filled the roads, taking in the lights and displays and just enjoying a mild, perfect night of community.
