Charles Allen MacLean, 57, of New Gloucester, ME, passed away from his battle with esophageal cancer while surrounded by his loved ones on April 18, 2023.
Charles MacLean was born on August 12, 1965 to John H. MacLean and Josephine Fenton MacLean. He was raised in Gray, Maine, attended Gray-New Gloucester High School and after, attended Central Maine Community College. He went on to kickstart his 34-year career at Bath Iron Works (BIW) in Bath, Maine. In 1992, Charles met and married his wife Sally Dube MacLean and they were married for 31 years.
