Carols, community, caring: Lighting of Tiny Timber on Sunday

Join us in front of New Gloucester Town Hall on Sunday, November 27, at 4:30 p.m. for the annual lighting of Tiny Timber with emcee Kevyn Fowler and caroling by the Gray – New Gloucester High School Chorus. Hot chocolate and cookies will be available at the Library, courtesy of the Friends of the Library. The History Barn will also be open, with the New Gloucester Historical Society selling their 2023 New Gloucester history calendars for $10.

This year, there will also be opportunities to help others. The Library and the Friends of the Library will be collecting:
– Nonperishable foods and toiletries for the New Gloucester Food Pantry
– Hats, gloves, mittens, and scarves for those in need
– Cash and check donations for the First Congregational Church’s Emergency Fuel Assistance Fund (helps New Gloucester neighbors in need of heating fuel).
