We’re excited to share that starting Sunday, October 23, the Bite Me Food Truck will be the primary food truck at NU Brewery.
We may be a new small business but our roots are here. After growing up in New Gloucester, graduating from GNG High School and moving away, I returned to New Gloucester almost 20 years ago when my mom passed away. Later my husband Dave and I purchased my childhood home and now we’re now raising our two children here.
We decided about a year ago that we wanted to start a food truck in our home town with friendly faces and reasonable prices. I think we have managed to do just that! We had the opportunity to become NU Brewery’s primary food truck when Yolked decided to open a restaurant in Windham.
