Be a positive influence in the life of a child!

Morrison Center Opportunity Farm in New Gloucester is seeking caring, creative, patient, and dedicated individuals to fill our open Children’s Residential Care Provider. CRCPs support children with developmental disabilities, including autism, physical, cognitive, and medically complex disabilities. This position works collaboratively within a team to implement individual treatment plans, encourage fundamental life skills, and maintain a safe and encouraging environment. Providers teach self-regulation and fundamental living skills to children, and when necessary, utilize conflict management skills to deescalate crises.

— Shifts available: OVERNIGHTS NEEDED!

Overnights and second shift requiring 1 weekend shift. Overnights are 9pm-10am. Second Shift is 1:30pm or 2:30pm to 9pm. Weekend shifts are 9am-9pm and 9pm-9am.

Education and Requirements:

BHP training preferred but will train motivated applicants.

Experience working with individuals/children with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
HS diploma/GED required.
A valid Maine driver’s license.
