Artisan Breadmaking Class

 

breadThis course will teach students the basics of bread making, how to select ingredients, and the techniques behind creating delicious and healthy artisan bread loaves. We will learn how to make three different types of loaves in this first class and each student will leave the class with one finished loaf of bread and enough dough for two additional loaves. The instructor provides samples of many different types of bread and coffee for participants. Classes are relaxed and fun, with an emphasis on working healthy food into your busy everyday life.

Class size is maximum of 10-15 and minimum of 5 people. Children are welcome. Students will need to come prepared with a large 12 quart food safe, covered container. Deposit with registration.
