The planning board is scheduled to meet Tuesday April 6 at 7 pm on Zoom to consider several applications:
— An in-ground pool and associated patio at 224 Gloucester Hill Road in the Rural Residential and Historic Overlay District – map/lot 0007-0114-A (Neil and Susan Wallace). Location would be behind the existing residence.
— A new lot in the existing Witham Heights subdivision at 87 Targett Road in the Rural Residential zone – map/lot 0003-0070-3 (Dan Clavet). The new lot would be created by splitting an existing lot.
— A five-lot subdivision, Boundary Brook Estates, at corner of Lewiston Road and Bald Hill Road in the Residential B-1 District and Groundwater Protection Zone – map/lot 0010-0001 (Dan Kibbin). Site is 21.45 acres with proposed access from Route 100 for two lots and from Bald Hill Road for three.
— A medical marijuana grow facility (commercial greenhouse) at 440 Tobey Road in the Farm and Forest District – map/lot 0009-00017-E (John Lamparelli). Site was previously approved for single family residence and detached garage; proposed facility will use garage location.
