Pineland Farms’ Grounds Supervisor Ryan Donnelly, of Raymond, is doing double-duty as the head sugar maker at the farm’s new Sugar House.

The Pancake Breakfast and all Maine Maple Sunday activities originally scheduled for March 22 at Pineland Farms have been cancelled. According to their Facebook page, “Pineland Farms, for the time being, will remain open during our normal business hours and our family programs will remain scheduled as planned.”

In this same vein, the bicentennial flag-raising celebration, scheduled for Sunday, March 15 at the public library, and the public budget hearing, set to take place on Monday, March 16, have been cancelled.
