Fall Athletic Plan MSAD 15

Re: Fall Athletic Plan

Thank you for your patience regarding fall athletic programming. We now have the guidance we need from various state agencies to move forward. Please allow me to elaborate on a few broad guidelines. If you have specific questions, you may contact Athletic Director Susan Robbins at srobbins@sad15.org

HIGH SCHOOL – Beginning September 14, 2020, MSAD 15 will offer:

  • Cross Country
  • Fall Cheering
  • Golf
  • Field Hockey
  • Soccer (Boys and Girls)
  • Football (Training Only/Scrimmage)
  • Volleyball (Training Only/Scrimmage)
  • There will be no late bus

Student participation requirements can be found on the GNG Athletic Website:

  • Register through family ID
  • Complete the COVID-19 Assumption of Risk statement
  • Review the COVID-19 Educational Session for both athletes and parents
  • Complete daily COVID-19 daily screening assessment

Health Guidelines:

  • All athletic activities are exclusively outdoors.
  • Student-Athletes must exit the school building by 3:00 p.m. or sooner.
  • The building will be locked at 3:00 p.m. and no one is to re-enter the building.
  • Student-Athletes will have access to locker rooms on the days in which they attend school in- person. Students who are having a remote day will not have access to the building or locker rooms.
  • If Student-Athletes don’t need to use the locker room, they should stay out.
  • Student-Athletes are to abide by all the health and safety regulations outlined in the COVID-19 Educational Session (masks, hand hygiene, etc.)

MIDDLE SCHOOL – Beginning September 17, 2020, MSAD 15 will offer:

  • Cross Country
  • Field Hockey
  • Soccer (Boys and Girls)
  • Football (Training only)
  • Table Tennis (register through Mr. Welch)
  • Mountain Biking (register through Mr. Welch)
  • Dance (register through Mr. Welch)
  • There will be no late bus

  • ZOOM parent meeting September 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. (Check Middle Minutes)
